By accessing or using ConceptScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

ConceptScore provides AI-powered business idea analysis, validation reports, and planning tools. The platform is operated by LM Creatives and is offered on a freemium basis with paid Pro features.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One account per user is permitted
  • You may not share account credentials

4. AI-Generated Reports

All reports and analyses are AI-generated and should be treated as advisory only. ConceptScore and LM Creatives make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. Do not rely solely on AI analysis for major business or financial decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • The Free plan includes limited features
  • Pro plan is billed monthly at the advertised rate in ZAR
  • Payments are processed by Paystack
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

Reports you generate using your inputs are yours. The ConceptScore platform, brand, and underlying technology are the property of LM Creatives.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use ConceptScore to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

LM Creatives is not liable for business outcomes resulting from using ConceptScore reports or tools. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
